Newsletters
• Charged to your credit card at $15 per month until you tell us to stop. One-time set-up fee of $25. A PDF is emailed to you every other month, customized with your photo, contact information, and introductory paragraph. You may email the PDF to your clients, and/or print as many copies as you like for mailing or distributing.
• Your subscription includes two free reports to provide to your clients
(Tips for Buyers and Tips for Sellers). Additional customization (copy changes/ substitutions, additional page inserts, color, etc.) is available at $45 an hour. Translations into other languages are also available.
Brochures
• Design fee of $540 for 4-color, 2-sided, tri-fold brochure; 50% deposit to begin work; 25% upon approval of design concept; 25% due upon delivery of PDF. (Original art in Pagemaker 7 provided upon request.) $55 additional if you want us to oversee the print job.
• Printing: 500 tri-fold brochures on glossy 100# book paper with aqueous coating: $274 + tax and shipping. Larger quantities available at a discount.
Business Cards
• Design fee of $250. 50% deposit to begin work; 25% upon approval of design concept; 25% due upon delivery of PDF. (Original art in Pagemaker 7 provided upon request.) $55 additional if you want us to oversee the print job.
• Printing: $33 + tax and shipping for 500, 4-color front, no back, uv coated, 14pt stock. Larger quantities available at a discount.
Postcards
• Design at $45 per hour — usually 1-2 hours, depending on the job. $55 additional if you want us to oversee the print job.
• Printing: $89 + tax and shipping for 500, 4-color front, black back on 14 pt glossy, uv coated stock, 4x6. Larger postcards and/or color back also available. Larger quantities available at a discount.
