Herman had a logo originally designed for him for a flyer he produced years ago. He'd lost touch
with the designer, and the image, as originally created, was not adaptable for his brochure.
We created an homage to the original logo (the sun) and used it for this brochure. As a result, in addition to
his brochure, he now has a new logo in digital format, which he can use in all his promotional materials.

We asked this agent if she had any art or images in mind for her brochure. She told us that
she'd been thinking about a wagon wheel, with the spokes representing all the different skills she
brings to each transaction. From her idea, we extrapolated a compass, and arrived at the map-type theme
for her brochure, with Marie as her clients' "guide" through the real estate process
(including a cute little map on the back page, not shown here!).
